Accessibility at MedLink

We work to make MedLink usable for everyone, including keyboard and screen-reader users.

Our commitment

MedLink aims to follow established accessibility practices toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, logical heading structure and landmarks, persistent form labels, sufficient color contrast in light and dark themes, reduced-motion support, and responsive layouts that reflow at up to 400% browser zoom.

Target standard

  • WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website and the authenticated application.
  • Semantic HTML and ARIA where native HTML is insufficient.
  • Keyboard and screen-reader compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Known limitations

Some interactive surfaces — including operational maps, generated PDF/IAP exports, and certain dense data tables — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We continue to improve these. This statement describes our approach and ongoing effort; it is not a certification or legal guarantee of complete conformance, and it should not be read as ADA certification.

How to request assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us the specific affected page or feature, the device and browser you used, and the assistive technology (if any) so we can reproduce and address it. You can reach us through our You can reach us by email at Support@medlinkops.com. Where a feature cannot be remediated immediately, we will offer an accessible alternative or support path so authorized users can complete their work.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We combine code-level review with manual testing, and we distinguish fixes within MedLink from controls managed by our hosting and authentication providers. This page was last reviewed on August 17, 2026.
