These terms govern access to and use of the MedLink platform by organizations and their authorized users.

Use of the Platform

MedLink is provided for use by authorized personnel of registered organizations to manage medical incidents, patient-care documentation, personnel, and related operational activity. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of information entered and for managing their own users' access.

Organization Responsibility

Each organization is responsible for its own policies, training, legal requirements, and compliance obligations related to the information it manages within MedLink.

Account Status

Access may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for accounts or organizations that violate these terms or applicable law.
